After acceptance of this contract by the said parties, signatures will bind promise of full payment by the customer for goods and services rendered. In the event of breach of contract, the deposit will be forfeited; if no deposit was made a fee of $50.00 will be charged. A fee of $35.00 will be applied for any returned checks.

 

All wedding cakes need to be paid in full two weeks before the date of the reception. Any cancellation made within two weeks of the wedding will result in only a 25% refund. No changes can me made to the contract or the cake design within one week of the wedding.

 

Enchanted Cakes of Brevard does not assume responsibility for assembly and/or condition of cake after delivery to destination and inspection by our delivery person. Extremely high temperatures due to weather conditions and lack of a cool environment at the appointed location may adversely affect the condition of the cake. Enchanted Cakes of Brevard will take every step possible to ensure a quality product. Problems with decorations must be brought to the attention of the delivery person and must be photographed and problems with the cake must have a frozen sample returned for verification, no refunds on unsubstantiated claims and only credit on future orders for disagreements on quality of product.

 

In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing the Enchanted Cakes of Brevard from fulfilling the order agreed upon as stated in this contract, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the deposit and any money paid to date.

If rented equipment is not returned within 36 hours after the event, or is returned damaged, the client will forfeit their rental deposit and be liable for the replacement cost of the equipment.
