I just wanted to say thank you so much for the beautiful cake you created for my promotion ceremony! It received so many compliments and it tasted amazing!! The combination of rum cake with pineapple filling was an absolute hit at the ceremony. All of the attendees couldn't get enough of it! The venue host told me "that cake is the best-looking cake I've ever seen come through here!" Thank you so much, again, for creating such a tasty, gorgeous cake for my promotion ceremony! Now that life has returned to some semblance of normal, I wanted to take a moment to let you know how very much Jim and I appreciate everything you did to make our wedding truly wonderful.

The cakes were ABSOLUTELY gorgeous, and tasted so wonderful. The Groom's cake was everything I had hoped for and Jim was so surprised and pleased. I cannot tell you how many compliments we have received on the Wedding cake for its beauty and its taste. The only unfortunate thing is that the hotel staff dropped the top tier of the wedding cake so I will be coming back to you to buy an anniversary cake next year! :-)

I've been super busy the past few days but i wanted to drop you an email to let you know that the cake was abosolutely fabulous!!!! Not only was it beautiful but it was soooooo Yummy!!!! Amanda, WOW, the cake was a huge hit!! The cake tasted so awesome too - everyone said it tasted AMAZING. The cake just went perfectly with everything my mom and I had picked out for the shower. it was exactly as we had imagined! And the strawberry filling was very wonderful too - There were also several comments on how great the fondant tasted - I guess normally fondant is not such a great taste? But this was really good - especially with the mix of the butter cream frosting. Thank you so much for a wonderful cake! My mom and I both hope we have another event that we'll need a cake for soon! =)
